Phase 1

Reserved matters approval for phase 1 was obtained in March 2022 for 138 of the overall 280 dwellings with outline consent.

28 of the 138 dwellings are to be delivered as affordable housing for the community.

This phase is currently in build and houses are being sold. Please see the sales tab for information on homes available for sale.
